Hi! I’m Madeline, the founder of SplashAbilities—a dream come true for me!
I’ve been teaching swim lessons for almost 20 years, and I absolutely love helping kids feel safe and confident in the water. I’m also a pediatric speech therapist with over 7 years of experience, which helps me connect with kids who have different ways of learning and communicating.
I went to Purdue (Boiler Up!), and when I’m not in the pool, I’m usually listening to audiobooks, working out, or spending time with my husband and our two amazing kids.
I’m so excited you’re here, and I can’t wait to help your child make a splash!
more than Just Swim Lessons
At SplashAbilities, I believe every child—no matter how they learn, move, or communicate—deserves a safe, joyful experience in the water.
To me, swimming isn’t just a skill. It’s a way for children to explore their senses, build confidence, and express themselves. I design my lessons especially for children with disabilities, using calm routines, gentle support, and a strong focus on connection and trust.
I meet each child exactly where they are—honoring their pace, tuning into their needs, and cheering them on as they grow.
