Swim lessons are offered in 8-week sessions, with one lesson per week.

There is no guaranteed 9th-week make-up lesson. Instead, make-up opportunities may become available throughout the session when cancellations occur.

Make-up lessons are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

If the pool is closed, including on bank holidays, that week’s lesson will be skipped and will not count toward your 8 total lessons.

Cancellations & Make-Up Policy

Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $15 cancellation fee.

Make-up lessons are based solely on availability created by cancellations

Are limited to one make-up per missed lesson, subject to availability

If a swimmer is unable to attend their scheduled lesson and no make-up space becomes available, the lesson is considered missed.
​
Saturday lessons may be offered every other month and may be used for make-up opportunities, depending on availability.
​
All make-up lessons must be completed within 3 months of the missed lesson. Lessons not made up within this time frame will be forfeited.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for missed lessons, regardless of reason, unless otherwise required by pool closure.

Please understand that when a swimmer misses a lesson, that spot remains reserved and potentially unavailable to another family. Because space is limited and sessions are planned in advance, I’m unable to accommodate unlimited absences or guaranteed make-ups.
